Adaptogens are active ingredients in certain plants and mushrooms that can help your body to deal with stress, anxiety and fatigue. When adaptogens are consumed, this ingredient targets stressors in the body.It either increases or decreases chemical reactions within your body. Different types of adaptogens:
There are several types of adaptogens, but the most common are:

2. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
Ashwagandha has a positive effect on the endocrine, nervous, immune and cardiovascular systems, it helps to regulate metabolism and stress by calming how your brain when it faces stress. It also is an antioxidant and can help with swelling
3. Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng):
This ginseng is beneficial in relieving both mental and physical fatigue. It also helps with energy and performance during stressful activities.
4. Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
Eleuthero relieves stress and fatigue. This adaptogen helps boost immune function as an immune modulator.
5. Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea)
Alleviates symptoms of fatigue, anxiety and depression.
