Membership Pause or Cancellation

For all vendors and boutique owners kindly read this information carefully before filling out the form.

Cancelling your account will result in the permanent deletion of your products and profile information.

Pausing your account will temporarily hide your products from public view, but your dashboard will remain saved for reactivation later. Accounts can be paused for up to 6 months. If you wish to pause your boutique kindly fill out the form below or send us an email with the subject line cancellation to Partners@modafirma.com

As per our terms, pause/cancel requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the next payment cycle. For example, to pause/cancel on the 1st of December you must submit no later than the 31st October.

Under no circumstances do we offer immediate pausing of accounts. If you are unable to fulfill orders in case scenarios of delayed stock replenishment, for example, you will need to put your account in vacation mode. This can be found in the dashboard of your shop settings when you login.

    When you cancel your account, you are leaving Modafirma permanently. When you pause your account, you are taking a temporary break.
