HOW TO SHOP ON MODAFIRMA

On Modafirma you can shop in several ways. The easiest being to simply type in what you are looking for in the top search bar. For example “white t-shirt” to yield the results you want. Alternatively, is to browse using the drop down menus in the ribbon of each page which will navigate you to links for new products, independent brands, independent designers, unique items and content. If you have a clear idea of what you want, simply type into the search box at the top of each page.

MODAFIRMA PRICING AND PAYMENT

When you shop on Modafirma you are buying directly from the vendor or retailer displayed on the platform. They allow us to to provide  uniquely curated pieces from our range of luxury designer brands, contemporary high street brands and creative Independent brand partners located all over the world. The prices displayed in each Modafirma Boutique are determined solely by the brand partner and not Modafirma. Consequently, the brand price may vary depending on your location and the location that you ordered the item from.

Although we do not bear any responsibility for the item pricing or its variation worldwide, we will always ensure that you receive the best price possible for any item you purchase. Please note placing an item on your wish list or in your favourites does not reserve the price.

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN ON MODAFIRMA?

The currency that you shop in on Modafirma is determined by GPS and your shipping destination. You can choose various currencies at the top left hand corner of each Modafirma page. The currency based on your location will also be displayed at checkout. If your currency is unavailable your order will be processed in GBP.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?

As Modafirma is a fashion search platform that connects shoppers and retailers, when you purchase or press the “buy now” button for an item you will automatically be redirected to the retailer to transact the sale.

For independent brand partners that we have other partnerships with , if you pay by PayPal or debit card, the Modafirma Partner will take payment at the point the order is placed on the site. The money will remain in an escrow and released once the partner has confirmed shipping. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Modafirma keeps the personal data of anyone registered on our platform private and confidential, we will only give it out with your consent or if we are legally obliged to.

If your size or item that you are specifically looking for is unavailable please let us know via sending us an email on modafirmateam@modafirma.com or contacting the brand partner directly by sending them an email via the message portal located on their boutique page.
