Hopeful Traders is different to other social projects. Rather than just reinvest profits into charities supporting those affected by homelessness and mental illness, we collaborate with people who have experienced or do still experience those issues. They are the ones who’s creative talents and voice we give a platform to and they choose the organisations that we support.

Shipping Schedule

UK delivery (3-5) business days - £6 | Rest of the world tracked delivery (5-7) days-£10 Free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Duties and taxes on packages between EU countries: custom duty is not applied on items sold within the EU (i.e. free) Duties and taxes on packages from outside EU: for packages shipped from a non-EU country into an EU country, custom duty and import VAT may apply on these items. Shipping Policy

Standard Mainland UK and Europe, estimated delivery times for non- made to order items on average is 3-7 days. Made to order items may take longer and will be decided upon once measurements and details are exchanged. International delivery prices on average will take between 5-10 days and further estimated delivery times will be displayed in more detail on each product page and at checkout.

Return Policy

We really hope that you will like your purchase, but in the event that you so not, you may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please note that if the item is made-to-order you can only cancel the order before it is shipped, provided that the garment hasn’t been altered or made yet. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any good reason you must inform us and the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving it, clearly stating that you wish to return the item. This can be done by simply going to the buyer dashboard in the top right hand corner in the user menu options section of the page and view the order, then click on request a refund and send the seller a message with your details. Provided the reason for returning an item is fully reasonable, we will provide you with return address details for the seller and the Seller will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund through PayPal. Please note that return postage is your sole responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will refund the return postage. If you cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 any standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund. Please note that the Seller may refuse a refund if the garment has been made according to your precise measurements or made-to-order. The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition, taking into consideration you right to inspect the item and try on the garments. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to the Seller undamaged.
