Modafirma is an online marketplace for independent fashion designers and brands, when you shop on Modafirma you checkout in one process, it does not matter how many different designers you purchase from. We operate a third party policy, and use PayPal to carry out transactions which means that you are protected in terms of delivery and sales especially if you have buyer protection.
Here is how it works
All shipping & delivery timing estimations are clearly displayed in the product item page and at checkout. When you place an order you will receive an order notification from PayPal letting you and the boutique owner know that you order has been placed. The designer will then acknowledge your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification email from PayPal confirming that your item is on the way. Source of shipping, tracking number, delivery outlet and returns information will be clearly illustrated when an order is made within the body of the email. In the event of a problem encountered during the processing of your order, you will receive an email giving details of the order and requesting further information. All items that are purchased are shipped directly from our partner fashion designers and stores. Therefore, if you order from several stores you will receive a separate delivery for each of them. You will receive email updates on the delivery status of you order. You can also check the status of your order in the Buyers dashboard in the top right hand corner menu options under orders. Shipping times will vary with each boutique so ensure to check the shipping time at check out. Modafirma cannot bear responsibility for delays due to customs, duties and excise clearance or payment.
