Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same working day for delivery on the next working day. Any order placed between Friday after 2pm – Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays). 48 hour tracked UK delivery We are currently offering this free of charge. International deliveries We can arrange delivery for most countries worldwide. Our delivery costs for various countries are listed below. If you wish to arrange delivery to a country which is not listed ad/or for an order which includes more than 8 items being delivered to the same address, please contact us at info@guavaandgold.com, and we will be happy to send you a quote for the delivery cost to that country. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timescales because there may be circumstances beyond our control which affect delivery times.

Shipping Policy

Delivery We will deliver your purchases in accordance with the delivery method you choose. Please note we cannot dispatch at weekends and we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Products will not be sent out for delivery until payment is received. If you specify more than one delivery address, there is a separate delivery charge for each address chosen. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

Return Policy

We really hope that you will like your purchase, but in the event that you so not, you may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please note that if the item is made-to-order you can only cancel the order before it is shipped, provided that the garment hasn’t been altered or made yet. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any good reason you must inform us and the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving it, clearly stating that you wish to return the item. This can be done by simply going to the buyer dashboard in the top right hand corner in the user menu options section of the page and view the order, then click on request a refund and send the seller a message with your details. Provided the reason for returning an item is fully reasonable, we will provide you with return address details for the seller and the Seller will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund through PayPal. Please note that return postage is your sole responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will refund the return postage. If you cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 any standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund. Please note that the Seller may refuse a refund if the garment has been made according to your precise measurements or made-to-order. The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition, taking into consideration you right to inspect the item and try on the garments. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to the Seller undamaged.
