Problems with the pump mechanism jamming have given us the chance to re-evaluate and look for a better solution. Not that easy during COVID but we think we have a prototype that will allow you to use the product more easily on a daily basis, ensures you can get nearly every scrap out, and leaves you with 100% recyclable packaging. Packaging Design: Please note that aluminium tube is plain white at this stage and not fully printed and branded as it will be in the end but will give you an idea of the functionality and advantages of the new packaging!
How it works: Dual action, calming, deep cleansing, wash and shaving cream. Mineral and vitamin fuelled to protect and boost skin function.
Size & Usage: This product is usually 100ml but is now 125ml in the Prototype packaging and should last 4-5 weeks if used as directed in how to use section below.
How to use:
To CLEANSE wet face, massage Cleanse and Shave Nutrient Mud updwards, using small circular motions and rinse off. To SHAVE apply to half of your face, shave, then repeat on other side. To COMBINE, first shave, then massage residue of the mud around face to cleanse. Rinse off. For best results use morning and evening as part of your personalised Proverb skincare program, available at PROVERBSKIN.COM and on our App. Remember to use your products in prescribed order: Supplement, Cleanser, Serum, Moisturiser.

Shipping Policy
Standard Mainland UK and Europe, estimated delivery times for non- made to order items on average is 3-7 days. Made to order items may take longer and will be decided upon once measurements and details are exchanged. International delivery prices on average will take between 5-10 days and further estimated delivery times will be displayed in more detail on each product page and at checkout.
Return Policy
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
