Galleria Armadoro, a jewellery brand from Greece, is what we are talking about today.

In the world of modern gadgets and cars churning up like biscuits daily from big brands, it is rare to see a luxury jewellery brand started by a couple, in a place unknown to many Silicon Valley giants.

It was founded in Athens in 2004 by Dimitra, and her husband, Epameinondas – who has been in the silver trading business since 1993, leading the family business. Although Dimitra had never studied gemology or jewelry design, she has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Athens. She translated her passion into starting a jewellery brand, after joining the family business in 2004. That’s how GALLERIA ARMADORO was born.

‘I try to express my feelings through my designs. I try to create fun, stylish, and eye-catching pieces that should reflect the modern era woman individual style and worn every day – not hid away for “special occasions”.’

Dimitra creates each piece for an active, outgoing and modern woman who is not afraid of mixing styles and breaking the traditional jewellery codes. Her jewels are not only made for young trendy girls but also at classical women who want to add a touch of originality to their jewellery box.

Armadoro worked with many influencers and models, one of them is the well-known fashion blogger from Monte-Carlo Allison Soro.

All great brands start with a great purpose and a dream. Dimitra with her powerhouse of creativity and business acumen is well on the way to lead Galleria Armadoro into an iconic jewellery brand in coming times.
